My name is Sarah Watkins, I am a Reiki Master Teacher and am qualified in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and am starting a crystal healing course. I love teaching Reiki and healing others and I work with my angels, guides, energy, crystals and colour when healing.
I have been studying complementary therapies for 6 years and I find them absolutely fantastic for physical and emotional healing and wellbeing on all levels. I first became interested in alternative health a few years ago because I was diagnosed with Post Viral Fatigue 9 years ago(which is similar to ME) and there was nothing my doctor could do to help. I did some introductory courses in complementary therapies and Aromatherapy massage which inspired me to do my Reiki 1 in Barry collage. This was the start of my journey of healing, and it has helped me deal with my condition, depression and to begin my healing it has also been fantastic in helping me to develop my intuition. It has been amazing I am almost completely back to full health and am much more positive than I have ever been before. I am always reading, learning and growing and it has been a wonderful journey, I have learnt so much and there is always more! The power of the mind, body and spirit is truly amazing.
I love giving treatments and helping people to heal as I have been able to love seeing people enjoy and benefit from these wonderful treatments. It is so satisfying teaching others so they can heal themselves and grow on their spiritual path.
